This past week, two of our members had the opportunity to attend the ASTM International F24 Committee meeting in Jacksonville, Florida. During the event, they connected with industry professionals, met other theme park engineering student groups, and, most importantly, were directly involved in the process of creating safety standards for a multitude of rides and devices!
This meeting provided invaluable insight and hands-on involvement in amusement safety and will help shape the future of BiTE and its members in the theme park industry.
We can’t wait to see what they will accomplish moving forward!
